Do I need a computer to sideload apps?

How long do sideloaded apps last?
Apps signed with a free Apple ID expire after 7 days and must be refreshed. A paid Apple Developer account extends that to one year. TrollStore installs apps permanently on supported iOS versions.
Is sideloading safe?
Sideloading itself is safe — apps run in the same iOS sandbox as App Store apps. The main risk is the IPA itself, so only install apps from sources you trust, like the repositories in the Zeus IPA Library.
