This release contains many new updates improving the user experience! Here's what we added Minor updates New app logo Setup Screen (lets you know if jit is attached and if memory entitlement is working Search for games Major updates Improved boot time Added support for many games with unimplemented functions This does NOT guarantee your game will load. All this did was add unadded functions to the app, meaning if an app had an unadded function it would crash, now hopefully adding support for more games. Stopped using imgui for aetherps4 loading (using swift now) Added touch screen overlay to control game Info Supported games Sonic Mania - ✅ Running 2048 (Homebrew) - ✅ Running Journey - ✅ Running Warning This app is an experimental build of AetherPS4. AetherPS4 is based off shadPS4, all credits go to them for making the emulator, this project would not be possible without them. Hey everyone! I present to you AetherPS4 v1.0.0! Requirements Here's what you'll need to get the app working StikDebug Preferred Sideloading tool iOS/iPadOS (26+) Setup First, meet all requirements. Then, sideload the app onto your preferred device. Open StikDebug and hold click onto the application, you will see a context menu and you must press Assign Script. When the menu shows up press universal.js, this is required or it will NOT work. Then, open the app. Import your .pkg file of the game (must be .pkg, extracted will not work as of right now). When you import your .pkg, you will know it worked when the metadata of the game gets loaded. If it doesn't show the metadata of the game, try refreshing. If it still doesn't show up then you have an invalid .pkg file. Press onto the game and click launch game. The game will take 1 minute and 30 seconds to load, and it will hang for about 30 seconds. Do not close the app or you will have to restart the loading process. Once the game loads, you MUST use an external controller. If you do not use a external controller it will NOT work since we have not added touchscreen overlay.
